Return & Exchange Policy
At Sixteen19, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure quality standards.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Care numbers and sharing clear photos or videos of the issue.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Return or exchange requests will be processed only after confirmation from our Customer Care team.
